Patient Centered Practice Direct Primary Care Medicine which is patient centered primary health care where the patient comes first and is served by home/office/electronic visits.

Direct Primary Care medical practice in which the patient is a member of a medical practice and interacts directly with their Primary Care Medical Practitioner in a way of their choosing such as home visits, office visits, phone, text, email, Skype, and Facetime consults. There are no insurance services offered which cuts cost and allows direct access to a medical provider instantly or after a sho

rt response time. The service is 24/7 with specific hours of operation:

Home/office visits M-F 9a-5p
After hours: M-F 5p-10p, electronic consults
Saturday: Home/office visits 9a-2p, after hrs. 2p-10p electronic consults
Sunday: 9a-10p electronic consults

Emergency hours: After 10p electronic consults, true emergencies only please

Some medicines and labs are free or very low cost to the patient. Monthly membership cost:

Adult (18+): $100.00
Child: (12-17): 50% off
Child: (11 and lower) 75% off

Some insurances/health savings accounts may allow monthly fees to go towards your deductible. We will provide monthly invoices. We do not to treat chronic pain or mental health issues with controlled substances.
