A doctor on call for you! Hello Denver and the surrounding area. My name is Rick Amesquita, DO and I have a new Telemedicine service available. For a fee, you will have a doctor that you can call Mon-Sat 7am-7pm when you want to talk to a doctor for general medical questions/advice, need test ordered and results reviewed, consults and referrals to specialist, Covid prevention/treatment, med refills, and medical issues that can be addressed over the phone.
This service is mainly used when you have to wait 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months to see your primary care provider and don’t want to go to Urgent Care or wait long times in the ER. Or when you just want to talk to a doctor and have your medicine the same day, often, within 1-2 hours.
You can order most things on line instead of waiting in line, you can order food from the store or ready to eat and not go on the street. Why not have a doctor on call for your immediate medical needs?
My Telemedicine practice is on a Direct Primary Care business model. And all my patients are members. The monthly membership fee is $200. And you can pay that fee one time for a one time need or pay $2,000 for a yearly membership; which means you may have services for an entire year. It is my pleasure to give you excellent service.

Hello Denver and the surrounding area! My wife and I just moved up here from Westcliffe, CO. And I have a new Telemedicine practice I am setting up so you can have a doctor on call.
But first, a little background about me so you will feel comfortable calling me for your medical needs. I am Christian male, married, 66 years old, ex-military medic, paramedic, IDMT and civilian RN, PA and now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I started my medical adventure in 1979 when I joined the USAF and served 15 years. I left the USAF in 1994 to go to PA school at the University of Utah and was accepted to the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 and graduated Medical School in 2007. General Internship at Henry Ford Hospital in McColmb MI. And Residency year at Hillsdale Community Hospital MI. Quite a journey all those years.
Came to Colorado in 2009 and worked in a variety of positions such as Primary Care Clinics, Hospitalist, Urgent Care and a lot of ER. Some of the positions were a combination of all of the above.
Started a Direct Primary Care private practice in Westcliffe, CO in 2016 in a small one-man office, offered house calls and telemedicine. When Covid hit, most patients did not want to go to the doctor’s office, so my practice went to almost 80% telemedicine and my patients love having a doctor on call.
Now, we are in Denver and I would like to extend my telemedicine services to those who would like to have a Dr. on call and skip the long waiting times for P*P appointments, Urgent Care and ER.

Good by Southern Colorado! Lori and I have moved to Denver while waiting for a new job for us out of state. I closed my office at 3rd and Main Street in Westcliffe, and changed my practice to 100% telemedicine. It was 80% telemedicine before so not much has changed. Thank you Road and Bridge for all the DOT physicals, sorry.
As for my current patients and any new patients nothing else has changed. I will honor all previous commitments via telemedicine. And I have a new deal for future patients: 12 months of service for only $800 if paid in advance, or $75 month to month for a doctor on call.
Covid is coming back, and after an encounter with the State Medical Board, I am allowed to treat Covid any way and with whatever treatment I see fit. I treat Covid on a patient-by-patient basis.
Lori and I have loved living in Custer County for the past 10 years and have made many friends whom we will miss very much. Circumstances beyond our control have prompted us to leave Custer County and later out of the State; but this is a good thing for us. Still, we will miss all our friends.

Corporate discount for your employees. I am doctor Rick Amesquita, DO and for a limited time only I have an offer for you and your employees for a doctor on call. For only $600 your employees can have 12 months of service through Telemedicine. Office visits and home visits by appointment.
I have two offices, one in Pueblo and one in Westcliffe, CO. My usual fee is $100 per month or $1000 per year; but for a limited time your employees can have a discount rate of only $600, paid in advance, for 12 months of service.
I don’t take insurance and the discount rate is as low as I can go; which is only $50 per month for a doctor on call.
My hours of operation are Mon-Sat 7am-7pm. And I see ages 2+.

ATTENTION SOUTHERN COLORADO!
June and July 2023 are Patient Centered Practice Patient Recruitment Months; with special yearly pricing of only $600 for 12 months of service. That’s only $50 per month. The regular fee is $100 per month.
Benefits include: a doctor on call Mon-Sat 7am-7pm, after hours/Sundays for emergencies only, Telemedicine visits during business hours, office visits by appointment, and home visits if needed as I am available.
New fee schedule is open to new and established patients. The fee is paid in advance for the 12 months of services.
New patients, 2 years old+, should have a face to face office visit if possible.
Established patients may keep our current arrangements or opt to renew at the new rate during the months of June/July 2023.
