🥊 ♥️ Yesterday was Ryan’s last day with us, and we’re going to miss him so much ♥️

We’re so grateful for places like AVIDD that give opportunities to bring incredible people like Ryan through our doors !

Everyone deserves an opportunity to work, learn, grow, gain experience, build their résumé,make friendships, and be given the same opportunities as everyone else .

Ryan, we’re going to miss the cup wall towers you worked so hard to build. In fact, people even started moving the bikes a different way because they saw how much pride you took in your work and didn’t want to knock them over. That says everything about the impact you made.

We’re also going to miss your Disney Pixar movie knowledge (and yes, I stand corrected it’s not Pixel ! 😂),
your energy, your honesty, your kindness, and the way you always brought your authentic self into the gym.

We couldn’t be prouder of you. There is nothing you can’t accomplish, and we truly believe you’re going to do amazing things. Whoever has the privilege of working with you next is going to be incredibly lucky.

So walk with your shoulders back, your head held high, and never forget who you are. There is so much waiting for you, Ryan. You were born to stand out and you definitely did that here.

Our Recreation Dept held a fun evening decorating pots and planting flowers. All enjoyed themselves and were more than happy to show off their creations!

Members of Avidd staff joined other fellow agencies at Advocacy Day in Trenton today. Here, meeting with Assembywoman Aura Dunn. Agencies are advocating for a 3% COLA in the FY27 budget.

Two of our group homes have started seedlings to have a garden this summer. With this warm weather, they're currently outside soaking up the sunshine. We can't wait to see the fruits of their labors later this summer!
