Truth! We can change our look, lose unnecessary body weight, eat healthy, exercise, however, transformation is a body, mind, emotional, and spiritual experience. One impacts the other. Start to pay attention to some of the day to day input that you are taking in. How do you feel with the things that read, hear, watch? Think about it. Are shifts needed?

Don't let excuses get in the way of what you want to achieve.

Often life takes us to unexpected places. Places we may not like, places that we can learn and grow. However, recognition is key. When we find ourselves in the dark, turn on the light and take the steps you need to take. Take accountability, stop making excuses, stop complaining, and just do what you need to do for yourself. Is it easy? Usually not, however, when you take the steps you begin to transform and to change.

Everyone’s battle is different, everyone is working through their individual challenges. For me it was weight, learning to love myself, learning to step out of the fear of “what will people think” and finding the best lifestyle for myself, which also meant changing course if something was not working.

I can tell you that transformation is possible. I am thrilled to share that I have dropped 150 pounds. 100 of those pounds were lost in 189 days. I can say with 100% confidence that if you want it - it is possible.
