Age is not a disease, Inactivity is.
Getting older is inevitable. Growing weaker is not.
Your body is remarkably adaptable at any age. Muscles respond to resistance. Joints respond to movement. Your heart responds to regular exercise.
The moment you stop using your body, it begins to lose strength, balance, and resilience.
But the good news is simple.
Start moving, and your body starts responding.
Take a walk. Lift some weights. Stretch your muscles. Practice your balance.
You don’t need to train like you did at 20. You need to keep using the body you have today.
Age is just a number. Activity is the deciding factor.
Keep moving and your body will keep responding.
