One of my deepest regrets is not learning sooner that the body keeps score.

After 30+ years as a clinical pharmacist, certified functional medicine coach, and retired ballerina, I knew so much about the human body professionally…

Yet personally, I spent decades disconnected from my own healing.

I grew up in trauma.
I lived in constant fight-or-flight.
I experienced abuse.
I struggled with PCOS since puberty, along with MCAS, histamine intolerance, adrenal fatigue, PTSD, and eczema.

For most of my life, I thought exhaustion, inflammation, anxiety, and survival mode were simply who I was.

They weren’t.

At 54, I am finally beginning to experience what true wellness feels like.

And honestly… it’s emotional.

Because when you’ve spent your entire life surviving, finally feeling safe and well inside your body feels almost indescribable.

My regret is not finding these answers sooner.

But maybe my journey can help someone else find theirs earlier.

That is why I share.
That is why I teach.
That is why I care so deeply about helping others heal at the root.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been fighting to understand, manage, and finally master my chronic pain. It wasn’t a quick fix or a magic moment—it was daily, consistent work.
