Our Glam Fam had an absolute BLAST at River Run Exercise tonight at Rock River Rapids! We laughed, talked, encouraged each other, and got in some low-impact exercise that definitely worked us—but in the best way possible! 💪😊

The best part? There is zero pressure. Go at your own pace. Need to slow down? Slow down. Need to sit and take a break? That’s perfectly okay! The instructors guide you through different exercises along the way, and you simply do what works for you.

Many of you may already recognize her incredible voice from singing the National Anthem at several Wichita Wind Surge games, and now she is competing in the Star-Spangled Sing-Off! 🎶🇺🇸
