I woke up this morning and my first thought was about the soundbath tonight…

Soundbaths are such a beautiful meditative path. I was just reading more about the theta brainwave state - that beautiful zone where you’re not quite sleeping and not quite awake- this is where Soundbaths lead… it’s also where shamanic journeying leads…. A creative doorway… That’s why the experiences of the people attending vary so much - whether you skew more clairvoyant (meaning you see scenes) or clairaudient (hearing messages) or clairsentient (experiencing feelings)… all perfectly valid…

Why not come experience this for yourself?

Remember, it’s also a practice - we learn to quiet down the mind chatter so that we understand what quiet feels like… sometimes this is tricky depending on the energy you absorb from the day. But the practice of quieting, of knowing what that feels like so that you can find it again… that’s the practice…
