This edamame salad is meat free + and easy lunch meal prep that will keep you satisfied all week long!

1 bag steamer edamame
1 cup cooked quinoa
For toppings I did: dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and feta

Did the dam thing!! 1:52 so 8 minutes faster than my goal time - last year at this time I was in a diaper barely able to walk around the block and this year I’m running a half marathon with my almost 13 month old 😭 I’m not good about acknowledging accomplishments but I did tear up at the start line thinking about seeing G at the end and how proud I am of being his mom and showing him his mom is strong 💪🏼 🏃‍♀️ thanks to all my family that came to support + for keeping the ankle in tact 🙌

Eating + enjoying food doesn’t have to be as complicated as the internet makes it seem - “food noise” is often times actually hunger from restrictive eating - whether that’s calories, certain foods, or food groups, the more common these foods become in your diet, the less ✨ special ✨ they are and the more you eat them when you actually want them, in a quantity that serves your body in a positive way, rather than just eating them past fullness because the “diet starts Monday”
