Thank F45 Training Downtown Des Moines for having us

We had our pop-up at F45 Training Des Moines and a few things really stood out to me.

Community – You’re not working out alone. Everyone trains together, encouraging one another.

Coaching – You’re not left to figure it out by yourself. The trainers are actively guiding, correcting form, and keeping everyone motivated.
HIIT Training – (my favorite ) High-Intensity Interval Training is an efficient way to improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and burn calories in a shorter amount of time.

It reminded me that wellness isn’t just about nutrition—it’s also about movement, accountability, and surrounding yourself with people who help you become stronger.

Thank you, F45 Downtown Des Moines, for the warm welcome! Looking forward to learning more and continuing the journey toward better health. 💚
