While we recommend making an appointment for an adjustment, we also recommend doing exercises and stretches at work to help reduce neck pain. 💪

And remember, try to vary your posture up frequently throughout the day!

As we age, muscle weakness and balance issues can make getting in and out of bed more challenging.

Here are a few tips to reduce fall risks and promote safety:

✔️ Use a stable surface for support when standing up.
✔️ Sit on the edge of the bed for a moment before standing to avoid dizziness.
✔️ Keep the bed at a proper height to make transitions easier.
