Sometimes healing creates an uncomfortable question:
Who am I now?
You've changed.
You've learned.
You've healed things.
You've created boundaries.
Maybe you've stopped accepting things you once accepted.
And sometimes the people around us don't quite know what to do with that.
But growth isn't about staying recognizable to everyone else.
It's about becoming more honest with yourself.
You don't have to keep playing an old role simply because someone else is comfortable with that version of you.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to want something different.
You are allowed to use your voice.
And you're allowed to get to know yourself again every single time life changes you. 💙
