I called BS on low carb six years ago. And my labs are normal because of it.
I was exhausted, 25 pounds overweight, and newly diagnosed with insulin resistance.
My doctor said eat low carb. I said no thank you.
Because the research is clear. Plants and fiber reverse insulin resistance. Not another restrictive diet that makes you miserable.
