Water represents basic human needs such as money, food, shelter, opportunities, and support. The proverb suggests that people only fully understand the value of these essentials when they have to work hard to obtain them on their own.

Big shout out to Antioch Curch .u.s.t coffee and all of the runners and walkers that contributed to making this year's event even better than the first!.

Every person and organization played a part so that none had to act alone. THIS IS CONNECTED COMMUNITY !
