Look, if 1-2 lab markers are a bit off it's probably not the end of the world. What does matter is compounded issues across multiple body systems.

If your doctor hasn't checked out your:

〰️ gut health
〰️ nutrient imbalances
〰️ blood sugar
〰️ complete iron profile
〰️ thyroid health
〰️ male factor influences

Buckle up we have a lot to talk about...

〰️ Inflammation. Creates systemic issues that exacerbate ovulatory problems and make it difficult for an embryo to stick. A few labs can point us in the right direction. One level for regs TTC support, and an added layer for recurrent miscarriage / implantation failure.

〰️ Gut health. Your microbiomes are connected; vaginal, uterine, gut. It's gotta be good and diverse all around for things to be healthful. Have a history of UTI's? That needs to be checked out girl.

〰️ Nutrient imbalances. Highs and lows. I look at the full spectrum with an emphasis on zinc, vit d, b vitamins, and folate. So your calorie restriction is gonna be a big convo with me. Less food equals less nutrients caring for your fertility. Yes, we'll cycle sync with nutrition.

〰️ Blood sugar. There are plenty of physical cues to point me to a dysregulation but I want labs to back it up. Imbalanced blood sugar and / or insulin resistance (EVEN WHEN YOUR LABS ARE "NORMAL") make it harder for the body to conceive.

〰️ Iron. A full panel, not just ferritin. I wanna know how it circulating and performing, not just how much is there. How it's functioning + supporting you. Especially for my recurrent miscarriage girlies and those with borderline / full on anemia. Biz critical.

Fertility is rarely about doing more, it's about doing the right things with mega consistency. So if you're changing the plan every month you don't see a positive test, you're adding time to the clock babe.

Trying to type something memorable but obvs now I'm crying over these rememberables.

You're the greatest example of love and steadiness and passion and don't work too much just enough and preserving our ecosystem and let's prioritize fun together and let's sit on the porch every eve I could imagine for our kids, family.

You were always going to be the best dad, glad you're ours 🤍 these boys are your reflection Like if SpongeBob n' Tupac had a baby, fr tho.

Literally since she turned 40 (six years ago!) she thought she had a dozen things wrong with her.

The bloating.
The exhaustion.
The cravings.
The digestive issues.
The hormone symptoms.

Her charts looked overwhelming at first glance. But when we started connecting the dots, the patterns were CRYSTAL CLEAR HONEY.

What felt like a hundred separate problems was actually a handful of interconnected patterns. And it was obvious where to start.

By the end of our call, she was "validated and excited."

Because there’s a big difference between being complicated and being connected.

“I think it’s just perimenopause.” That’s what my newest client said when she came in.

She was exhausted.
Bloated.
Feeling older than she expected to feel.
43 shouldn't be a life sentence (!)

And honestly? She’d gotten to the point where she was starting to accept it. Hate that for her.

But when I reviewed her assessment, it became pretty clear that there was more going on than hormones alone.

Because while perimenopause can ABSOLUTELY contribute to symptoms, it doesn’t explain everything.

I’d be asking better questions if I were you.

Not every miscarriage needs months and months of support. Some just need someone to connect the dots.

I recently started with a new Mini Intensives Client whose case was surprisingly straightforward.

Within days we identified several key areas that had been overlooked and built a crystal clear plan to address them.

〰️ no more guessing
〰️ no more wondering what to do next
〰️ no more losing months to trial and error

Because that's what the Mini Intensives are for. Focused, short term pathways for women who need direction + momentum.

I just reviewed a new Perimenopause Mini Intensive client who was considering hormone replacement therapy.

Healthy diet. Supplements. Good intentions. Yet she was draggingggg herself through the day, bloated after meals, and wondering if this was just what being 43 felt like.

It wasn’t.

COMMON ≠ NORMAL ‼️

Her doctor said it's just part of aging and basically like, wrote her future off. It's actually crazy.

Before making the HRT decision, she wanted answers. What we found:

〰️ near non-existent nutrient absorption
〰️ significant yeast overgrowth spiraling her moods
〰️ blood sugar instability making her want to collapse by 2pm
〰️ minimal estrogen clearance is the pretty little bow on a s**t sandwich

Yes, she’s in perimenopause.

But many of the symptoms she was blaming on hormones alone had deeper drivers.

This is the part of women’s health that gets missed. Hormones don’t exist in isolation.
