Dear FAT People,

Dear FAT People, We are redefining what it means to be FAT! Fit and Transforming
We promote body positivity, advocate for lifestyle changes and maintain transparency.

This is a platform aimed to elevate an individual’s drive to attain wellness. To recognize that it is an ongoing journey. We promote body positivity, advocate for lifestyle changes, and maintain transparency while embracing our own journey to a life well lived. We wanna talk about it all: the trials and setbacks, and good times too! We (Nic and Chizzle) were both overweight kids, and are presently

80+ pounds less than who we used to be. We want to share our individual stories, expose the truths/harsh realities of being overweight, body image/positivity, and so much more (physical, mental, nutritional, social fitness)!
