Unsulfured molasses and water sprayed on plants twice a week cause the plants to produce a higher level of sweetness than pests tolerate. (Or so I've been told). Let's see if this works ! Wish me well!!!

In meal prep, we have to learn how to avoid waste. When your meat is weighed for sale, it is weighed with the entire fish in tact. When you don't ask for the entire fish, they use or sell the rest commercially, even though you paid for it. Let's find ways to creatively avoid waste... and money.

Okay, Gardening Club... today's harvest is a pop quiz. Match these up for me with leters A-G. Peach leaves, Orange Mint, Purslane, Chocolate Mint, Mulberry Leaves, Rose of Sharon flowers and Lambsquarters (aka Goosefoot).

There is a prize to get this right, so concentrate. 🤔

Peach 🍑 Leaf Tea is not only tasty and refreshing, it is actually beneficial. It's not an everyday drink (due to its medicinal properties,) but when you do have some you will enjoy it!

I thought my harvest year would be lacking because the deer herd destroyed my cherry, apple and peach blossoms. But this makes up for it.

If you want to try some, come on over! I've got a batch ready right now!!!!

We have finally installed our seat-high raised beds so that our visitors with physical challenges can sit and enjoy gardening.

Now, to deal with these giant wabbits! They are bigger than Misty, the cat that works security here. What are we supposed to do!!!!???

Cooking from scratch is a process, but it isn't that hard. (The cleaning up after may be). But if I did it for you, would that help you eat better?

If l expanded my jellies, flower-infused honey, tea blends and cosmetic products to add baked goods, dried Quail-egg pasta, and herb seasonings... would you order? If so, perhaps my meal prep idea may come into fruition sooner.
