“After my time as an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan, I enrolled in a Masters in Clinical Psychology program at Hofstra University. There, I was a training clinician and intake coordinator at the Saltzman Community Services Center.
I launched a meditation instruction business in Metro Detroit in 2017. I’ve taught 10,000+ individuals how to meditate, through workshops at universities, religious congregations, veteran centers, and more.
In 2018, I started a job as a Program Manager for The Well, a Metro Detroit based non-profit focused on inclusive Jewish young adult programming. There, I designed 50+ programs annually, including a 100-person multi-denominational Shabbat gathering and a 30-person Jewish spirituality retreat.
In 2021, I built my own podcast studio in Michigan and independently produced four video shows, both in studio and at pop up locations.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and landed a podcast network job as a studio engineer. There, I handled set design, gear recording, and file management for shows such as The Sarah Silverman Podcast, The Viall Files, and more.
While living in LA, I built a music venue in my downtown loft. I hosted living room shows, ran live sound, and filmed/recorded each concert.
In 2023, I was hired to work in production at WaitWhat, a media company producing podcasts, video, and live events. There, I built remote recording podcast kits and ran 90+ company-wide digital systems.
I recently enrolled in a Masters in Counseling program at Oakland University and am now pursuing a career as a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Michigan. In my free time, I play tennis, read frequently, and I’m writing my first book on meditation.”
