Located in west Detroit, with shopping, restaurants, theaters and other community amenities nearby, the village offers affordable one-bedroom apartments with a centrally located community center. Apartments come with wall-to-wall carpeting and fully-equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, freezer and stove.

All PVM Villages are proud to be smoke and tobacco-free communities. To further support residents who wish to quit smoking, the PVM Foundation recently received a grant from To***co Free Michigan to implement a smoking cessation program at seven PVM Villages across Detroit. The program will launch this summer and will provide encouragement and resources to help residents on their journey to becoming smoke free.

Thanks to our amazing Board Member Bill Ahlstrom for always coming through for us!!! He built a piece to add to the gazebo so we can have a rain barrel for the garden. Now the residents don’t have to go so far to get water.
