My heart is full as I reflect on the incredible success of the inaugural Detroit Citywide 313 Hope & Healing: Mind & Body Wellness Summit.

Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make this event such a meaningful day of learning, connection, and wellness. A very special note of gratitude goes to our amazing partners, Top Ladies of Distinction, Southfield Chapter. Your partnership, professionalism, and commitment to serving our community helped bring this vision to life.

To the Top Teens—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your enthusiasm, kindness, willingness to serve, and positive energy truly made my day. You represented the future of leadership beautifully, and I am so proud of each of you.

The Detroit Citywide 313 Hope & Healing: Mind & Body Wellness Summit is more than an event—it’s a movement centered on access, equity, and real conversations around mental and physical health for our families and our city.

We’re bringing together leaders, clinicians, and community voices to create a space where healing, education, and empowerment meet.
