Take a pause from the busyness of life and join me for an evening of meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, and Reiki.
Together we will begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind, flow into the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, and conclude with a mini hands-on Reiki session for everyone who is open to receive.
