✨ Sample Summer Skincare Routines

Simple Morning Routine

1. Cleanse
2. Hydrate with a lightweight serum or moisturizer
3. Apply eye cream
4. Finish with SPF

Simple Evening Routine

1. Remove makeup
2. Cleanse
3. Apply your treatment serum
4. Moisturize
5. Add eye cream

For Dry or Dehydrated Skin
Use a gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, richer moisturizer, and SPF during the day.

For Oily or Combination Skin
Use a refreshing cleanser, lightweight hydration, oil-free moisturizer, and SPF.

For the Busy Woman
Cleanse, moisturize, and protect with SPF. A simple routine used consistently is better than a complicated routine you rarely follow! 💕

Hard to believe in this day and age we have ridden out depressing times, inflation, upside and downside of many markets, and last but sure not the least, a Pandemic!

☀️ Can we talk about summer skin for a minute?

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is using the exact same skincare routine in July that they used in February.

Friend…your skin changes with the seasons.

☀️ Heat and humidity can make your skin feel oilier.
💧 At the same time, sun and air conditioning can leave your skin dehydrated.
🔥 More time outdoors means a greater chance of sunburn and dark spots.
🥵 Sweat, friction, and heat can also lead to irritation.

The good news? You don’t need an entirely new skincare routine.

Most of the time, a few simple adjustments make all the difference:

Let’s clear something up, because this confuses A LOT of people…

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁...𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗶𝗹𝘆.

And when that happens, most people think,
“I must have dry skin.”

But not always.

👉 That’s usually 𝗱𝗲𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻.

Here’s the difference in a simple way:

💧 𝗗𝗲𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 = 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿
