Building a business from scratch is really tough... It takes perseverance, learning how to recover from failure, and a lot of sacrifice.

Building TWO business from scratch is a whole other ballgame. When I started my natural health adventure in 2014, my goal was to create the time and financial freedom I needed that would allow me pursue other passions while still earning residual income.
Partnering with dōTERRA has allowed me to do that, and in 5 years I have created a financial pipeline that has helped us become debt free and I was able to retire my husband in the process.
Also, it has provided space for me to focus on making an impact locally by starting a second business supporting the local animal community.... A dream come true!

Ahhhh, sleep. So many of us, just aren't getting enough of it.

Studies show that getting the right amount of sleep directly affects your mental and physical health. If you aren’t getting quality sleep, it can take a serious toll on your health.

I love sharing natural ways essential oils can help you and your family.

Here’s how I like to use Vetiver:
🅳🅸🅵🅵🆄🆂🅴 Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice. Vetiver has a calm and grounding aroma.

🆃🅾🅿🅸🅲🅰🅻 Apply 1-2 drops to desired areas. I like to rub it on my feet before bedtime to prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Make sure you dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

🅸🅽🆃🅴🆁🅽🅰🅻 Dilute 1 drop in 4 oz of liquid.
