Come investigate your body & mind connection with This Magickal Earth! Join us for a special mini-workshop led by geologist and yoga teacher Sammy.

📅 Saturday, July 11th
🕡 6:30 – 8:00 PM
📍 Vibrant Lives, 203 E Glendale St, Dillon MT
✨ $35 suggested event cost

What to expect:
- A 30-minute guided meditation drawing the connection between your chakras and the Earth's
- A 1-hour Hatha-style yoga session with geology-inspired asana
- A group Om chant after Savasana, followed by a light discussion on yoga and earth geology
- Bring your own rocks and minerals to add to the Earth energy of the session!
- Q&A with Sammy after the workshop
