Developed by Australian Tom Bowen in the 1950s, Bowenwork became known for its ability to relieve pain, improve posture and range of motion, and support healing after injury.

We are excited to share some mid-spring updates to our Drop-in Yoga Schedule!!

On Tuesdays 3:00PM Yoga for People with Chronic Pain, we are now opening up the studio so you can join in person for this virtual class. Marina Zaleski is based out of Missoula and focuses on chair based yoga that uses props, making this class accessible for those who experience pain or low mobility. Join us in person or on zoom from the comfort of your home!

New to the schedule, on Thursdays at 10:00AM we will have a Georgia Gannon returning for the summer to share Faith Stretch Yoga! This class will be gentle yoga with a faith based touch for those looking for a little mid week restoration. In person & zoom will be available.
