Castle Creek Farm-Lavender Thyme Lavender Thyme on the farm. Our first Lavender Faire will be Friday and Saturday June 19, 20 2015 from 10:00- 5:00 p.m.

We are a small Herb Farm in Pennsylvania, offering a variety of herbal dip mixes, specially blended at our farm using our own recipes and the finest herbs.

Something old and something new. We will be offering our Strawberry Lavender Jelly again this year but it's now organic. Also something new is our Coffee Syrups in two flavors while supplies last. We have Lavender and Vanilla both organic, and all natural. These are limited quantities, but we will still offer some of Monin Syrups also to fill in.

Lavender in the Snow covered and protected. Hard to believe these gardens will be alive with color in a few months. Take a rest in the winter, read a book, while sipping a hot cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the break. God wants us to take the thyme to be still.
