It's getting to be that time of year, when the brooms comes out and the witches ride once more!

Halloween has turned into a huge commercial holiday with the requisite pumpkins, candy, and spooky things, charging into November with El Dia De Los Mu***os.

Do you have any childhood memories of the Best Halloween Ever? I do. I was about 7 years old, and both me and my Brother were sick. What a terrible blow not being allowed to go trick or treating. Instead, our clever Mom made us a sensory scary indoor Halloween. Blindfolding us kids, she walked us through a "cadaver" ... raw eggs in a bowl for "eyes" to be felt, cooked spaghetti noodles for "blood veins & arteries"... etc etc etc. She also handed out candy to the neighbor kids, and asked them to donate a piece of their haul to us since we were grounded.

Sweet memories. May this Halloween be fun, safe, and joyful! 🧡🐾🧡 & 🐻

It's been a challenge with these cooler mornings, when the Bed Magnets are pulling me back to
slumber-land 🤔

Welcome to another week of work, play, rest, and more!

This cooler weather is a reminder that Winter is Coming, so be ready for all the fun, frustrations, and activities of the Season.
