NOW HIRING – FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our medical office team!

Responsibilities include:
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Handling medical record requests
• Scheduling and assisting patients with appointments
• Communicating patient messages to providers and clinical staff
• Scanning, filing, and maintaining patient documents
• Assisting with other front office duties as needed

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office.
