I just finished making 60 individual 8 oz bottles of Fire Cider! 💛

One thing that makes Fire Cider so special is that it requires a long infusion process. Fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables soak in raw apple cider vinegar for at least a month. (Usually longer)

During that time, the flavor continues to deepen as the ingredients infuse into the vinegar. The longer it sits, the more complete the infusion becomes, creating a rich, bold Fire Cider that's been patiently crafted before it ever reaches my shelves.

What makes this batch even more special is that many of the ingredients came from yesterday's trip to the farmers market! 💚 I love supporting local whenever I can while creating products for your families.
