NOTICE TO UNITED HEALTHCARE PATIENTS
Dr. Christopher D. Centafont, DO, remains an In-Network Provider
We want to reassure our patients that Dr. Christopher D. Centafont remains an in-network provider with UnitedHealthcare.
Dr. Centafont is currently in the re-credentialing process with UnitedHealthcare. During this administrative process, there will be no interruption to his in-network participation, and eligible claims will continue to be processed as in-network.
