We want to inform all customers that some Omnipod 5 Purple pods are currently affected by a recall. At this time, many of the affected boxes have LOT numbers starting with “PH1U.”

Before sending any supplies to us, please make sure to:
• Check the LOT number on your box

• If the LOT starts with PH1U, it may be part of the recall

• We do NOT accept any recalled items

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS — PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE

Good day, and thank you for working with SR TEST STRIPS STORE .

Please note our payment policy effective immediately:

• All packages that are delivered to our office are processed and paid on the NEXT business day.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• If your package is delivered on a Friday, it will be processed and paid the next business day, which is normally the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it will be processed the next business day after the holiday).

This policy helps us process orders accurately, complete inspection and verification, and ensure payments are issued on time with proper confirmation.
