Our four year anniversary was last month! Four years of lifting weights consistently as my client. That’s what Stacia has put in.

Not quick fixes, not starting over every January—just steady work, showing up, and committing to strength training as a long-term investment in herself, even when she doesn’t feel like coming.

And it shows.

She is proof of what happens when you stay consistent long enough for the results to become undeniable. Four years in, and she’s not chasing youth—she’s building strength that carries it forward.

A little over 27 years ago this was me - lifting weights while ready to birth this girl! So proud of her and how she takes care of herself. ❤️ Baby Levi James making his appearance any day now!

Can you lift while pregnant? Absolutely - if you’ve been doing it! It’s not a time to start and there are ways to do it safely:

Strength training during pregnancy can be safe and beneficial for many women when done with proper guidance. Lifting helps maintain strength, support posture, reduce aches, and prepare the body for the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. The key is listening to your body, modifying as needed, and working with your healthcare provider. Pregnancy isn’t always a reason to stop lifting—it’s often a reason to lift smarter. 💪🤰

Weekly gym observations:

• Everyone is stronger than they think.
• Nobody enjoys leg day (except me).
• They all make crazy faces during tough sets.
•They may hate every second of the workout, but they still show up and get it done.

And even though I have to repeat myself hundreds of times a day because lifting weights seems to cause loss of hearing 😆🤷🏻‍♀️ I just want to say “thank you” to all of my amazing clients - the new ones, and the ones who’ve been showing up for years.

Keep going. You’ll thank me later😜

Happy Memorial Day!

Memorial Day reminds us that freedom is precious.
A strong body helps you enjoy it.

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice secured the freedom to live, work, and pursue the life we choose.

The best way to honor that gift is to make the most of it.

Take care of your body.
Use it every day.
Stay strong enough to enjoy the life others fought to protect.

Walk with your family.
Play with your grandchildren.
Travel. Serve. Live fully.

Freedom means little if your health keeps you from experiencing it.

Jack LaLanne believed that your health is your responsibility.

This Memorial Day, remember those who gave everything for your freedom.

Then honor their sacrifice by living with strength, gratitude, and purpose.
