A little update 🤍

I’ll be taking a break from social media for a while.

We have learned to value a slower pace of life lately — the kind that gives you room to breathe, be present, and focus on the things that truly matter right in front of you. And for this season, that’s where I want my attention to be. 🤍

That doesn’t mean we’re unavailable! You can still reach out for appointments, questions, or anything regarding an appointment you already have scheduled.

📱 Please save our number: 229-315-7807
& out booking page: https://www.vagaro.com/sagewellnessspa

One important reminder before I step away:

🎟️ If you have a certificate that expires by the end of this year, please reach out soon to get it scheduled. Our remaining availability for the year is VERY limited, and I want to make sure you have the opportunity to use it before it expires.

Thank you for continuing to support this little business and for allowing us the space to slow down and live a little more intentionally. We’ll still be here when you need us. 🤍

Best pedi ever ✨

Knowing I make a difference is why I keep doing what I do 🤍

Yall go book with Bailey here inside of Sage Wellness Spa, it’ll be an amazing experience you won’t forget! I’ve never had a pedicure so well before ✨🤍

Not all pedicures are created equal. 👀👣

At Pampered and Polished Co., every pedicure is a luxury DRY pedicure—no soaking required! 🩵

But depending on how much TLC those feet are needing, you’ve got THREE different levels of pampering to choose from. ✨

🩵 The Refresh — your maintenance pedi! Perfect when your feet just need a good clean-up, smoothing, massage & fresh gel polish.

✨ The Signature Renewal — when those feet need a little MORE. More callus care, more massage, hot towels and alllll the relaxation. 😍

👑 The Royal Foot Facial — BABY… this is the one when you want the WORKS. 🙌🏼 Elevated callus care, exfoliation, extended massage, hot towels, a hydrating foot mask, paraffin wax & fresh gel polish. Basically a facial…but for your feet. 😉

If you’ve never experienced a dry pedicure before, come let me change the way you think about pedicures! 🥰

📲 I have appointments available and online booking is open!

Which one are you picking: Refresh, Signature or ROYAL? 👑👇🏼

Confessions of a Massage Therapist 🤍

Behind every massage is a real person—and behind every massage therapist is one, too.

I’ve poured so much of myself into taking care of others that sometimes I forget It’s okay to take care of myself without guilt.

So when you see me take a day off, close the books, or step away for a little while—it’s not because I don’t love what I do.

It’s because I do.

I need those days to breathe, reset, recharge, and pour back into myself so I can continue pouring into you.

Massage therapists are caregivers, but we’re human, too. 🤍

Take the rest days. Protect yourself. Fill your own cup.

Because you can’t pour from an empty cup✨☕️

Keep doing what you do friends!! 🤍
