I’ve poured so much of myself into taking care of others that sometimes I forget It’s okay to take care of myself without guilt.

So when you see me take a day off, close the books, or step away for a little while—it’s not because I don’t love what I do.

It’s because I do.

I need those days to breathe, reset, recharge, and pour back into myself so I can continue pouring into you.

Massage therapists are caregivers, but we’re human, too. 🤍
