To all of those who have exercised with me over the years, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for your support, your energy, your commitment, and for allowing me to be part of your fitness journey. Every class, every workout, every conversation meant more than you probably realize. While some of you have moved on to new seasons in life, please know there will always be appreciation and respect for the time we shared together. Watching your growth, dedication, and progress has been a true blessing. No matter where life takes you, my doors are always open. You will always be welcomed back with encouragement, positivity, and support. Again, THANK YOU for being part of this journey and for supporting me along the way. I truly wish each of you continued health, happiness, and success.

Memorial Day is more than a holiday, it’s a time to remember the fallen soldiers who gave their lives so we could live ours freely. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
