We donโt usually do this, but we wanted to take a moment to say something.
We recently had a situation where a client unfortunately lost their deposit due to a last-minute cancellation from a medical emergency. We truly are sorry for their situation and hope everything is okay.
At the same time, we do have a 48-hour rescheduling policy in place to protect our artistsโ time, and itโs something all clients agree to when booking. Itโs not always an easy call, but itโs a policy we have to stand by to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.
