After all these years, I’m finally considering adding something new. 👀

Yep. Something brand new might be coming to my massage room...if I can get my act together 😜

It’s relaxing.
It feels amazing.
It pairs perfectly with massage... but it can also stand on its own.

I will be testing, learning, and making sure it's something I'd genuinely love offering before bringing it to all of you.

Fun fact: Two days a week I'm not in the massage room.

Instead, I'm working as a Health Navigator Coach with an incredible team.

My job? Helping people untangle the giant ball of health information, questions, appointments, symptoms, and "What do I do now?" moments.

I'm not the person handing out prescriptions or telling people what they should do.

I'm the person helping them make sense of things, find clarity, and feel more confident moving forward.

It's a lot of listening, a lot of problem-solving, and occasionally helping people realize they're asking all the right questions.

I meet some pretty amazing people, and there's nothing better than seeing them leave feeling empowered, hopeful, and ready for what's next. 💛
