Your output will never outperform your alignmentâŚâŚ
On the surface, these photos look like completely different worlds:
* Finding stillness on a beach, grounding in the grass, or slowing down with a morning coffee.
* Cultivating safety, joy, and unconditional partnership in my marriage.
* Watching my son touch the sky as he works on his own dreams (THE BEING)
* Fueling my body with intentional nutrition and crushing a home workout( THE DOING)
The roots and the runway are connected! â¨đŤ
As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Transformational Life Coach, I see so many high-achievers try to kick their life into high gear- trying to take off, soar, and hustle- while their emotional, mental, and energetic foundations/roots are completely fractured.
Itâs hard to fly high, when you havenât built the stability required to handle the altitude. People are doing everything, but BEING nothing
On the first photo, I am standing on the tree root in my back yard. A tree doesnât reach the sky by rushing its growth. It anchors its roots deeply into the Earth FIRST.
When we build the roots, the entire legacy gets to soar! So donât force the fruit- it will come. Focus on the roots first.
