I have great news!! Feb 10th is 1 year post meniscus root tear. 🎆 Going strong!!

Also, I have been working very hard using the weight watchers point system and clean eating. I have lost 40 lbs. My knee appreciates that greatly!!

About 3 weeks ago I started to incorporate YL Balance & Burn. This is easy for me.
- 1 pouch of grape flavored (pixie stick) powder to just pour in mouth when you wake up.
- Package of 3 pills you take after 1st meal (whenever that is)

That’s it!!! So far I’ve lost 6 lbs and 2 1/2” off back (bulge area 😲) 🙌🏻

Try this DIY Nasal Rinse 👃🏻 by grabbing your Neti-pot and whipping up your own oil-infused sinus rinse!

- 10 drops Lavender essential oil
- 15 drops Copaiba essential oil
- 8 Tbsp of ultra fine salt (unprocessed, no iodine) Mix well and store in a sealed glass jar.

To use: dissolve 1 tsp of salt mixture into
1 1/2 cups of distilled water (or water from a Berkey filter or boil and cool some water), then add to your Neti pot and use as needed.
