I don't know how I could possibly put into words what Holly and Spinal Flow have done for me and brought to my life, but I will certainly try!!!

I had seen ads for spinal flow on social media and felt called to it for over a year before actually booking a session. In my search for a practitioner, I was immediately drawn to Holly's energy. From my first email to her, to walking into her space for the first time, I felt an immediate sense of welcoming, safety and the ability to be so open.

Coming to Holly in my first session I was in a state of COMPLETE desperation -- mid mental breakdown, experiencing trauma flashbacks, dissociating/disconnecting from reality. Grieving a major loss. My true rock bottom. Not many people have the ability to meet you where you are in those lowest moments, and I immediately knew I was where I was meant to be.

The first spinal flow session was a big release for me (my body was very ready) and I returned home with a sense of calm and groundedness I had not felt for months. I knew I just had to come back for more... and so I booked several more sessions in the following couple weeks.

Each session brought me back to life and back to myself in such a beautiful (and at the time, unimaginable) way. I released the trauma from my body, was grounded back into reality, felt hope and happiness and a sense of freedom again. We set specific healing/release intentions before each session, and every time I left with profound realizations and a deeper sense of divine love and peace.

Within a few sessions I went from bedridden to regaining my ability to function.

Within a few weeks I was becoming a totally knew person, in the absolute best way.

I was shocked. My therapist was shocked. Yet Holly knew the power of spinal flow and it's ability to heal the mind, body & soul. Where I questioned, she deeply knew -- and that in itself, plus the way she sees the true power within you, was SUCH a major part of my healing.

From her welcoming hug, to the energy and setup of her sacred space, to the music she plays during each session and her sound healing... Holly curates the most exquisite experience for your healing to happen through spinal flow.

She will tell you that you are doing your own healing, and while yes that's true... I would never have experienced all that I have in my sessions without her, her energy, her wisdom, and the love and attention she pours into each moment.

It has now been 5 months since I started my spinal flow sessions. They are still a regular part of my journey and forever will be. Each session is still such a gift as I delve deeper into myself, my emotions, my relationships and preparing for a future of motherhood.

If you are thinking about booking a session with Holly, DEFINITELY DO!!! I could not recommend her more! Truly, my biggest regret is not booking and getting my life back sooner.
