✨ We’re totally transforming ✨ Seeking new ownership under a new name: Teatotaller is now Totally Tea + Coffee

Ur fav boba, coffee, and treat shop is getting a new name for a new era. We’re still NH’s award-winning bold, q***r, hipster cafe oasis open six days a week in Concord and Dover — but we’re on the search for someone(s) to take it to new heights with a name that embodies our ethos of being a community cafe for everyone. 

Note from owner, Emmett Soldati:
“When I opened this cafe at the age of 23, I never imagined that it would blossom into a multi-location company serving up drinks and community across New Hampshire. As I started my own journey of teetotalism (sobriety), the cafe was a modest idea—to bring fabulous fare and vibrancy to my small hometown in a sober environment. The cafe not only provided me a space to grow and learn to be my authentic self, but the business also grew beyond my wildest dreams—it revealed how deeply our communities crave the opportunity to engage around shared values, and built successful and scalable business out of it.

Now, 13 years later, it’s time for me, personally, to move on. I’ve always wanted Teatotaller to be for everyone, but to some extent the name—an homage to my sobriety—was really for me. I’m updating the name to something more accessible. Totally Tea + Coffee is for everyone—and holds the potential to scale while building on over a decade of brand equity and loyal customers. I’m looking for new owner(s)/operator(s) interested in taking Totally Tea + Coffee to new heights. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take on a growing brand and turn-key operation. Someone with a passion for community to leave their mark without needing to start from square one. Those who have always dreamed of running a cafe, growing a company, and building community should reach out!

In the meantime, our team and I will continue to bring the best and boldest teas, coffees, and boba to New Hampshire. As our new signs go up today, we’re adding even more offerings— including packaged teas and coffee, rotating boba flavors, seasonal drinks, and a new pastry and hand-rolled bagel menu!

Hello friends! Time to share some news... as we've seen an unfortunate rise in last minute cancels, no-call no-shows, and people coming in just overall unprepared resulting in lost appointments; this has amounted to a loss for the business in functional time and revenue, and I'm finding I can no longer be as easy and flexible as before.
I will now be changing policies to enact no-show protections! (A 50% charge of your service fee)
But here's the good news!! - *I still only ask for a minimum of 1 day notice* *Appointments can easily be cancelled/rescheduled, by YOU* and *cards are never charged beforehand.. ONLY if you miss your appointment.
Here's what's EVEN BETTER!! - No more playing message-tag back and forth with each other! You can now set up all your own appointments, review pricing, policies and requirements... ALL ON YOUR OWN, on your timeframe. Follow the link below to get started or find out more!

Hello friends, patrons, and piercing enthusiasts!!!
Just taking a moment for a little update... you may (or may not) know that I have been hard at work in this past year+ trying to make many improvements to our studio, techniques and practices, advanced education, and quality of products. While this may mean seeing some price increases in your jewelry selection compared to years past... I can assure you it is for ALL the right reasons! 😄
I have been outfitting the studios display cases with better basics, organics, GOLD selection.. and there is much more to come! 😍 I am proud to be showcasing reputable companies such as: Neometal, Body Circle, People's Jewelry, Divinity Metals, Oracle and Diablo Organics, Gorilla Glass, Clickerino, Dusk Body Jewelry... and soon starting with Leroi, Anatometal, and Industrial Strength! I encourage you to check out these companies on the web and social media platforms. While I may not be able to stock *everything* in-house at a moments notice, I am happy to help with customized ordering to bring your vision and ideas to life!

Hope everyone is staying warm and safe on this very snowy Saturday!

Since I don’t post much, here are a few quick updates/reminders for common questions:
~ YES this business still exists!!
NEW LOCATION ADDRESS is now #303 Central Ave Dover …. NOT 266 Central anymore, moved a block away, opposite the street from bus stop/City Hall (there will be new updated signage coming soon! ..for now, look carefully could be easy to miss)
~ ALL visits to the studio are by appointment! Fastest way to book is by direct message on this business page, OR emailing me at- [email protected] I will respond personally as soon as I am able, usually fitting clients in within a few days, (sometimes faster depending) but your patience is appreciated.
~ mask wearing IS appreciated; but I am still offering under mask services like nose and oral piercing.
~ yes I offer ear piercing for children 🙂 there are some specific requirements for documents concerning piercing of minors. These details and more will be covered when you message!

A great many thank you's to all of you who have been patient with messages and booking of appointments! There has been sooo much to catch up on since re-opening at the NEW LOCATION! :) The studio is still coming together, with many improvements on the way! (Such as organizing and filling display cases with more retail jewelry, artwork, and signage.)
Books are open for scheduling, and resuming oral piercings for August as well!
*If you are planning a piercing more than 2 weeks in advance there could be delay in response, factoring in any schedule changes and shuffling priority of time restraints... but planning ahead is always best as things fill in quickly and I do my best to generate responses within 24-48 hrs (some even quicker!)

It has begun!! Pinnacle Body Piercing is moving!
From the location at 266 Central Ave in Dover… just a block away to 303 Central! 😁
I’ve loved working with you all at my former Dover location, and am thrilled to be staying in downtown now in a brighter new space! I will be keeping to appointment based hours, and messaging is still the best way to schedule.
