The very happy and wiggly pup with Edee is Lazarus, her 10-year-old Bernedoodle and retired therapy dog...or, as she puts it, “truly my best friend.” 🐾

Edee is joined by her granddaughters Esther and Kobrika who are cuddled up with their fuzzy bunnies, Cookie and Cracker. 🐰🐰

For today’s Mental Health Awareness Month & Pet Appreciation Month spotlight, we’re featuring Lauren Arellanos, Intake Specialist at our Oxford Street location. 💚

And this time, we got a bonus guest appearance from Lauren’s daughter, Aria, along with their family pup, Scooby. 🐾

Scooby gets VERY excited anytime a camera comes out, so Aria kindly stepped in to provide her best “happy, drooling puppy” impression for her photo.

Honestly? Nailed it.

In observance of Memorial Day, all SpringVale offices, including our pharmacy, will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

If you have prescriptions that may need filled before the holiday, please contact our pharmacy team at 330.365.1085 so we can help ensure you have your medications before the long weekend.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, we also pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We are grateful to all who have served, both at home and abroad.

For Mental Health Awareness Month and Pet Appreciation Month, we’re continuing to highlight the people of SpringVale...along with their pets that keep life interesting. 🐾

Those who use SpringVale's pharmacy will likely recognize Margaret Snyder’s friendly face. Since joining SpringVale as a Pharmacy Tech in December, Margaret quickly became known for her kindness, positive attitude, and the way she advocates for those who trust SpringVale with their care.

But at home...she's outnumbered by very strong personalities.

Coco, the little pup, likes to stick her nose everywhere she's not supposed to...and Charlie, the bigger pup, is said to be a complete angel who can do no wrong. Bella the cat? Maragaret said Bella is convinced she’s a dog and begs for snacks, rings a bell to go outside, and keeps her family entertained along the way.

Today’s crew in our “Furr-get About Mental Health Stigma” series might be the most treat-motivated group yet 🐾😂

Meet Sara Ralston, SpringVale’s Referral Coordinators, alongside her husband, Nate, and their three super awesome pups Remmy, Maizey, and Charley.

In her role, Sara helps connect patients with the services, providers, and resources they need...basically making sure people find the right help at the right time.

While we can’t confirm it, we’re fairly certain treats were involved in getting everyone to look toward the camera at the same time. Even Nate seems a little interested in whatever was being waved round behind the camera!

This morning’s in-service looked a little greener than usual 💚

While not everyone could make the group photo (patient care ALWAYS always come first!), and not everyone had a green shirt handy in their wardrobe, but the message from our team was clear:

Not all of us have green shirts, but we all believe this:

Mental health matters.
Checking in matters.
People matter.
You matter.

SpringVale was proud to stand alongside our very own Kamora Henary at this morning's Signing Day at Buckeye Career Center!

Kamora, a dental assistant at our South Bellevue Avenue location, was recognized not only for her commitment to her career pathway, but also for earning her American Medical Technologists Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential - an outstanding accomplishment that reflects her hard work and dedication to patient care.

Celebrating with Kamora were SpringVale's Executive Director JJ Boroski and Human Resources Director Persephone McCreery , who joined area employers, educators, families, and students in celebrating the future of our local workforce. (Persephone's son, Austin, was also recognized at this morning's event!🎉)

We’re proud to support students as they grow into healthcare professionals and grateful for community partnerships that help create opportunities right here in our community.

Our “Furr-get About Mental Health Stigma” campaign keeps galloping along as we continue celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month and Pet Appreciation Month! 🐴🐾💚

Today we’re showcasing Tamara Kandel, SpringVale’s Accounting Technician, who is posing with her somewhat distracted pups, Maverick and Bird. Tamara also sent in pictures of her beautiful horses, Ace and Tazz, who look like they just stepped off the red carpet in their green bandanas!

Often woring behind the scenes, Tamara is critical in keeping SpringVale running every day by making sure the bills are paid and the office stays stocked with supplies…while also keeping a close eye on anyone who gets a little too comfortable grabbing extra pads of Post-it notes.
