- Reiki Classes: Certified, All levels - Private, Semi-private, & small groups.
Refer a family member or friend to take a class with you, receive half off cost of workshop, excludes material fees.
- Monthly Healing Circles: Rochester Public Library, Rochester, NH – next one Sat, September 19th @ 2:00 & Divine Wellness, Haverhill, MA. Next one Sunday, September 20th @ 3:00.
- Reiki Sessions: Help relax, reduce stress & anxiety, calm the body/mind/spirit, balance nervous system, reduce discomfort & pain, support immune system, improve focus, ease side effects of chemo, prepare the body for surgery & heal faster after surgery & so much more.
- Regular Session, In Person - 75 minutes, $92 + one add on
Expanded Sessions – 90 minutes, $101 + two add ons
Sessions integrate: Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Healing Touch, Crystals
Add ons: Infrared Amethyst Biomat, Himalayan foot/hand salt dome, meridian therapy with a tuning fork, Jin Shin Jyutsu Body Reading.
- Distance Session – 30 minutes, $45. Includes, aura clearing, modalities listed above are integrated into your session with your formulated intention, various crystals or a crystal grid may be used, and you receive a short follow up note after for what was done with a self help recommendation.
- Distance for Pets – 20 min, $35
Re-Attunements: All levels – $40 in person, $35 distance

Monthly Self Care Day: 3rd Monday of month 5:30 – 7:30, $30
This is similar to visiting a Spa to Rest/Relax/Recharge!
Begin with a cup of tea and decide what you'd like to experience; the Himalayan foot/hand salt dome, relaxing sounds of the ocean drum, explore a crystal reading, learn about & use a crystal grid. And choose one of these to experience: chakra crystal layout, infrared biomat, a JSJ body reading or mini tuning fork energy session.

If you've been drawn to the beauty and wonder of crystals but aren't sure how to care for them and what to do with them. I invite you to join me in these experiential workshops where we explore different crystal practices for ourselves and others. Each workshop will be different focusing on individual, group and partner practice as we experience creative ways crystals can be used for relaxation, healing and well being thru chakra balancing, using a pendulum, grids, various healing layouts, readings & more.
