🍂 FALL IS COMING BACK TO THE WELLNESS CENTER! 💜🧡

Sacred Souls, we’ve enjoyed the summer, but I’m excited because our fall workshops, community programs, and educational offerings are getting ready to return to AMB Mobile Massage & Wellness Center!

And first up tomorrow, September 5th, we’ll be back at the Downtown Dover Farmers Market from 8 AM–1 PM! 🌿

Come by and:

✨ Spin the Wellness Wheel
💆🏾‍♀️ Experience Chair Massage
🌿 Learn about Ayurvedic Counseling
🧡 Talk with me about Massage Therapy & holistic self-care
🍂 Get a sneak peek at what we’re planning for our fall workshops and programs at the wellness center!

I’m especially excited to share that Sheryl Gray will be joining us later this fall to discuss her nonprofit program and the educational opportunities she is bringing to our youth. We’re looking at late October/early November 2026 for this special community offering at our Dover wellness center.

This is exactly what I want AMB to continue becoming. Not simply a place where you come for a massage, but a space for wellness, education, connection, collaboration, and community.

Tomorrow, come walk the market, support local businesses, meet your neighbors, and stop by AMB to see what we have coming next. 💜

Sacred Souls, events are about laying new eyes on your business and connecting with people who may have driven past you, heard your name but never knew what you offered, or simply never knew you existed.

And that’s exactly why I believe in showing up. 💜

Even though Downtown Dover is called a Farmers Market, their initiative is so much bigger than a market. And to truly understand that, you needed to be there to see what they’re building for our community.

They’re creating a place where small businesses are seen, local farmers are supported, entrepreneurs are introduced to new customers, families gather, neighbors connect, and people rediscover what Downtown Dover has to offer.

Because let me tell you something
People care about Delaware.

People want to live here. Invest here. Shop here. Build businesses here. Raise families here. Buy homes here. Eat here. Create here. Gather here. And build something meaningful here.

But if we want people to pour into our communities, we have to give them something worth pouring into.

That means we, as business owners, residents, farmers, makers, wellness professionals, artists, educators, and community leaders have to put our boots on the ground and SHOW UP.

Not just talk about wanting a thriving community.

Participate in building one.

AMB Mobile Massage & Wellness Center will be pulling back up to the Downtown Dover Farmers Market on 9/5, 10/5 and 11/14 bringing massage therapy, Ayurvedic counseling, holistic wellness workshops, self-care finds, wellness education, and opportunities for our community to experience wellness in ways they may have never explored before.

I want people to know that wellness doesn’t have to feel intimidating or inaccessible. Sometimes it starts with a conversation. A few minutes in a massage chair. Learning something new about your body. Discovering a self-care practice. Or simply meeting a wellness professional in your own community and realizing, “I didn’t even know this was here.”

That is why events matter.

Visibility creates connection.
Connection creates community.
And community creates growth.

Sacred Souls, come outside. 🌿💜

Support the farmer. Support the maker. Support the artist. Support the wellness professional. Support the small business owner who packed up their whole operation that morning just to meet you. 😂

Downtown Dover is building something. Let’s not stand on the sidelines waiting to see what it becomes. Let’s put our boots on the ground and help BUILD IT.

See y’all at the market. 💜🌿✨

⏳ Finding the time… to take the time… to HEAL.

Physical.
Psychological.
Emotional.
Spiritual.
Even the kind of healing no one else can see but you feel every day.

Whether it’s from grief, burnout, trauma, chronic pain, or simply the weight of doing too much for too long. Healing takes time. And it takes intention.

I was listening to Heal by Tom Odell & the song was remastered by Jamal Roberts, fresh off his American Idol win and whew. Those lyrics? They speak to the parts of us we try to tuck away. The parts that need gentleness. The parts we keep pressing through even when we’re breaking.

At AMB Mobile Massage & Wellness Center, we hold space for that kind of healing.
💆🏽‍♀️ Whether it’s through massage therapy, Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling, or a quiet room to exhale and let go. This space was created for your restoration.

✨ You don’t have to do it all.
✨ You don’t have to carry it alone.
✨ You just have to show up and we’ll walk you through the rest.

Tap the link in our bio to explore how we help clients HEAL from the inside out.

🎹 Massage + Music = Magic.

Our client Jasmine, a gifted pianist, always books her massage sessions right before her performances. For her, it’s about grounding her energy and staying in flow and piano music is her go-to vibe.

She introduced me to some amazing artists I hadn’t heard before, and it reminded me how powerful the right music can be during a session.

Here are 5 incredible pianists you might love if calming keys are your thing:
🎶 Yiruma – known for his romantic, emotional compositions
🎶 Ludovico Einaudi – soft, cinematic pieces that melt stress away
🎶 Alexis Ffrench – soulful, modern classical with a twist
🎶 George Winston – nature-inspired piano that soothes the soul
🎶 Nils Frahm – a mix of classical and ambient with a dreamy edge

✨ Remember, at AMB, your session is your experience. Whether it’s piano, ocean waves, gospel, smooth jazz or silence. We tailor the playlist to fit you.

Your music. Your vibe. Your moment. 💆🏽‍♀️🎧

🎶 Did you know you can choose your playlist during your massage session?

Music plays a big role in your relaxation, and we want the vibe to be just right for you. Whether it’s smooth jazz, calming nature sounds, or simply your favorite artist. We’ll set the tone for your session.

One of my clients, Alex, about a year ago introduced me to AJ Gentz…..and let me tell you, it’s the guitar for me! His signature neo-blues style blends blues, funk, soul, and R&B in the most soothing way.

Got a favorite artist or genre? Let us know when you book your session and we’ll tailor your playlist to match your mood. 🎧💆🏽‍♀️
