Join us FREE on Zoom when coach and author Amrita Rose interviews Michele Lowry, author of When Crooked Teeth Go Straight, and Debra Anne LeClair, author of The Common Hours, about real-life ancestral journeys where time and space merge. This is an interactive forum, and there will be time for audience Q&A in the last segment. Debra Anne LeClair and Amrita Rose are filled with the wisdom behind the written word. There is an energy in this forum that will uncover this wisdom as the books come to life within the journey of creating them.
Writing a book and becoming an author was never something I imagined myself doing or being! I always saw myself as someone whose command of the English Language was limited, and I failed dismally in school exams for English Language and Literature.
I was also a very quiet, introvert. Incredibly shy and in situations where I felt uncomfortable (parties or gatherings where I didn’t know many people) or in a new job where I was getting to know my colleagues and boss, I became the observer rather than the communicator.
My observation skills came from watching my grandmother at our regular family events. She was the most beloved and loved person. She cooked amazing and delicious meals, and watched the family talking, laughing and joking. And what was eye opening for me as a child and young adult was that when my grandmother spoke everyone listened. She would make a comment about a topic that she felt needed her wisdom, or she would crack a joke and the timing would be perfect.
My grandmother was a fabulous mentor over the years and always supported me and brought incredible wisdom through her words. After her passing, she has visited me often and continues to bring her love and guidance through a few words surrounded by her big heart.
As my own life’s journey began to reunite me with the Unseen world through meditation, shamanic journeying and talking with animals in Spirit, my writing took a different turn. I began to hear words and trusted that I was to write what I heard. Once the words stopped coming, I would sit and read back what had come through me. The language, words and flow of sentences were completely different. And more importantly, effortless.
About 10 years ago I attended a 3 day Animal Communication weekend with Nancy Windheart. It was to open the door to receiving the written word as she showed me how to clear the mind trying to receive. As I practiced for 3 days with horses, ponies, llamas and the dogs on the farm, I began to find my own way with feeling, sensing and hearing words. I began to feel a flow from what I was receiving to the written word and so began my abilities to channel write.
Since then and thousands of remote animal communication sessions, I have learned one pivotal lesson. If words appear that are more than 3 syllables long it is validation that this was received, as these are words I would not generally use in everyday life. It has been a good reminder, and also one that brings joy as these words appear on the page.
I have also been reminded by the client feedback that I am to trust anything that transpires on to the page. These transcripts are shared prior to us chatting about the session. Recently when a black dog and a gold fish appeared at the end of the session, I was confused about the randomness of the vision, yet know that I share everything. Usually the more bizarre the vision or words that mean nothing to me, always have profound meanings to the person receiving them.
The 5 books I have written and published have all been channeled from animals who have had the desire to share their wisdom in one form or another. And this forum is the coming together of two very dear friends and our combined experiences in the process of creating their books within the seen and unseen worlds.
