Most dentists graduate knowing exactly how to treat patients — but nobody teaches them how to run a business, manage a team, or protect their mental health when things get hard."
Nobody taught me how to run a business in dental school.
They taught me occlusion. Radiography. Crown preps. How to talk to anxious patients.
But when I stepped into practice ownership — or watched colleagues do it — the gaps became obvious fast.
Staff conflicts nobody prepared you for.
Overhead eating through revenue you worked 60-hour weeks to generate.
The loneliness of being "the boss" with nobody to talk to.
That's why I started mentoring dentists.
Not to hand out generic business advice. But to work alongside dentists who are smart, hardworking, and quietly struggling with the parts of this career that nobody talks about.
The business side. The personal side. The "is this really what I signed up for?" side.
If you're a dentist — whether you're an associate figuring out your next move, or a practice owner who's realized the clinical skills that got you here won't get you where you want to go — I'd love to connect.
This page is where I share what I've learned from working with dentists building careers (and lives) they actually love.

We're just getting started.
I support dedicated dentists in building stronger, smoother practices through expert mentorship and strategic frameworks designed for long-term operational success and increased profitability.
