Deep gratitude to the women who gathered in temple last night for The Queen’s Council.

The courage it takes to step over the threshold into the archetype of the Queen is really the courage of sovereign choice. A choice oriented from within.

It’s always interesting to notice what conditioning arises around the word “Queen.” So often, culturally, it has been associated with hierarchy, distance, or power-over. But true Queenship is something very different. It is self-responsibility. Inner authority. Impeccability. Presence.

When women gather in temple, we have the opportunity to look beneath beliefs, unravel old conditioning and recalibrate something deeper, more ancient, and more true, something many of us have had little to no living model for.

This is the deep work of re-weaving the feminine.
We are anchoring a more inclusive balance of power and seeding it into our lives, so it may blossom into the greater field and help weave a new path.

What is it?

The Queen’s Council is a 4 hour ceremonial temple space devoted to sovereignty, embodiment and the return to our inner throne.

This is a space for women who can feel they are being called into a deeper relationship with themselves.
With their truth.
Their voice.
Their power.
Their way of leading and living.

For generations, women have been taught to orient around the external world.
To seek approval.
To shape shift.
To over accommodate.
To disconnect from their own inner knowing.

The Queen’s Council is an invitation to return to the centre of yourself.

To remember the woman underneath the conditioning.

The inner queen is not an archetype of control or perfection.

She is deeply embodied.
Self connected.
Open hearted.
Rooted in truth.
Able to hold herself and her life with presence and inner authority.

Inside the temple we work ceremonially and archetypally through practices of embodiment, reflection, ritual, inner inquiry and sacred sisterhood.

This is initiatory work.

The kind of work that changes how a woman relates to herself, her relationships, her work, her body and her life.

Women often leave feeling clearer, more grounded, more connected to themselves and more anchored in their own inner authority.

This turn around the wheel of the year, and especially in this month, our work in the temple is with the archetype of the Lady of Communion. The sovereign queen.

What it means for a woman to return to inner authority and hold clear boundaries has never felt more potent or more necessary than it does in the world today. There is a re-weaving of an ancient architecture within feminine consciousness that has been absent for a very long time.

Many of us do not carry familiar imprints for this within our families of origin, because the true nature of the divine feminine was severed thousands of years ago. Hierarchical, patriarchal structures took hold through force and power over. And so, in temple, we work with archetypal templates that support awakening, remembrance, and the reclamation of our sacred birthright.

We turn inward to track and unwind both individual and collective patterns. This is how we re-weave the future: by remembering, by embodying, by returning to our inner throne and the true source of power.

This is the deep work we are doing inside the temple in our year-long journey. And this is the template we will be working with inside The Queen’s Council on Sunday, May 31st.
