Quick gut check before the window closes: are you a solo-ticket person, or are you rolling up with your crew?

Because if it's more than 2 of you, the Family ticket ($75 for 4) is a no-brainer compared to buying individually. We built these tiers so a group outing doesn't feel like a splurge — this is supposed to be an easy, affordable yes.

Early bird ends tomorrow.

We’re not just talking about a few workout classes and calling it a day. 🌱This is a whole ecosystem for your mind, body, and soul crammed into one Saturday:

🤸🏽 movement to wake your body up,
🛍️ local vendors and makers to shop from,
🗣️ and speakers who’ll actually give you something to think about on the drive home.

Oh — and the kids have their own thing going on too, so nobody’s bored.

🎟️ early bird pricing ends this Sunday!

07/08/2026

A few people have asked what the different ticket levels actually mean, so here’s the breakdown:

NOW through July 12:
🎟️ Early Bird — $30 (through July 12)
🎟️ 5k & Summit — $40
👨‍👩‍👧 Family (4 tickets) — $75

AFTER July 12:
🎟️ General Ticket — $35
🎟️ 5k & Summit — $45
👨‍👩‍👧 Family (4 tickets) — $85

If you’ve got a partner or a couple of kids coming with you, the family ticket is genuinely the move—it’s the best per-person value. Either way, you’re in for a fun-filled day!

One ticket is $30 during early bird (July 2–12), and that gets you a full day at DE Turf — no separate fees for the activities inside.

There’s early bird pricing on the 5k, Almost 5k and family tickets, too!

Move with us, shop with local vendors, sit in on a talk that might actually shift how you think about your health. Bring the kids. This is genuinely built to be a family day, not just an adults' wellness thing.

Early bird closes July 12th. After that, price goes up. Grab the savings!! 😉

IT’S HAPPENING. 🎉 October 10th. DE Turf in Federica.

A full day built around three things: moving your body, feeding your mind, and connecting with your people. There will be fitness. There will be local vendors and makers. There will be something for the kids. There will be experts talking about things that actually matter to your everyday life.

Train your full range.

How do you keep your knees resilient?!?

You safely put them in positions that keeps the connective tissue lengthened while under load.

The Strongevity program takes you through a full mobility and strength assessment. This allows for me to prescribe exercise appropriately and with intention😎

Shoot me a message if you want to discuss why knees over toes is the squat we should be aspiring towards😬
