🌿 A VERY WELL-DESERVED DERRIAN SHOUT-OUT! 🌿

If you’ve been in HolistiCare lately, you already know Derrian is truly the backbone of our practice. 💚

We are currently in the middle of a HUGE transition into our new Athena system, and behind the scenes there has been a whole lot of organized chaos. 😅 Through all of it, Derrian has been keeping patients supported, helping our team stay on track, answering questions, solving problems, and somehow still finding time to make our office a little more beautiful.

Case in point: some of our littlest HolistiCare visitors gave our chalkboard their own colorful masterpiece. 😂 Instead of erasing it, Derrian leveled it up and turned their scribbles into this adorable HolistiCare “H.” 🌈🌿

That pretty much sums her up. She takes the chaos and makes something good out of it. 💚

Derrian, THANK YOU for everything you do for HolistiCare, our patients, and our team. You are appreciated more than you know!

As we complete our transition to Athena, please check your email for your new patient portal invitation. Creating your portal account now will help streamline your upcoming visits.

📱 We also strongly encourage patients to download the AthenaPatient app for the smoothest transition and easiest access to the new portal.

If you received a notification saying an upcoming appointment was canceled, don’t panic your visit has NOT been canceled. Existing appointments are being moved from our previous system into Athena, and some patients may receive an automated cancellation notification from the old system during that process.
