✨I know a lot of you do know, but many people think our classes are just about the physical aspect of yoga. And, while those are a large part of our class offerings, we believe that it is important to have a well-rounded practice that supports nervous system regulation, mental and physical strength, balance, and mobility, and peace/clarity.
🧘‍♀️That is why we offer a variety of styles of yoga (Restorative - more meditative and relaxing; Gentle/Moderate - great for gently stretching and strengthening the body without a lot of fast movement or up and down; Slow Flow - moves more through a wide range of positions and moves a little faster with more challenge than gentle; and Vitality Flow and Power - move faster and incorporate more vinyasa movement linked with the breath and challenge.)
💪 We also offer Beginner Pilates and Pilates Fusion classes to help build a strong body, mind, and spirit, while keeping the muscles lean and long through controlled and intentional movement. These are very popular right now, for good reason!
🧘‍♂️ Meditation is something many of us have difficulty with. That is why we offer many classes, including the Restorative Yoga classes, but also Yoga Nidra for Stress, Sound Baths and the Journey from Sound to Silence events to help you practice meditation through facilitated guidance. We strongly believe the body and mind need these sessions to help with regulation and balance.
💫 And, if you need a little extra help with your energetic field, you're welcome to schedule a private session with Sarah for a Reiki, Tuning Fork, or Personal Sound session.

✨ In need of an energetic reset toward the end of the week? We are shifting gears on Thursday evenings to bring you the perfect way to unwind and reset before the end of the week.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga utilizes bolsters pillows, blankets, blocks and more to support your body in poses meant to help you relax and feel the tension melt from the body and mind. Guided relaxation, the use of crystal singing bowls, and more may be used to help enhance this restorative process.
