🌟 Non-profit Partner Spotlight:🌟 - LCH Health and Community Services

For over 50 years, LCH Health and Community Services has been a vital resource in Kennett Square, providing essential healthcare and support to the community. Founded in 1973 by local residents, clergy, and advocates, LCH was created to serve the growing Latino population drawn to the area’s mushroom industry.

With the dedication of leaders like Peggy Harris and Margarita Quiñones, LCH expanded its mission to provide person-centered, quality, and affordable healthcare for all. In 2012, LCH became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), ensuring access to care regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Their sliding scale fees make healthcare accessible to all families in need.

CCRES has partnered with LCH since 2014 and we were able to donate PPE recently to support their mission and keep their clients and staff safe and protected. We are happy to collaborate with this wonderful community resource in Southern Chester County!

We celebrate LCH’s incredible commitment to health, wellness, and community empowerment! 💙
