Owner Monica Barnes was one of the First women in the state of Pennsylvania to open up a tattoo shop. M&M Tattooing opened its doors in 1989 in the center of Downingtown, PA. In 1998 the shop moved to its current location on the corner of Lloyd Avenue and Business 30. In the years since, thousands of happy clients have put M&M Tattooing on the map by showing off the work they've received. M&M Tattooing provides a clean and sterile environment in a family friendly atmosphere.
