If you have heard about cupping and are curious, Cupping is an ancient therapy that's now back in style. It aims to increase blood flow, soften scar tissue, and decrease muscle pain by placing suction cups on your body and leaving them on for 10-15 minutes.
You don't get bruised. It's more like a large hicky. You don't feel pain.
When the suction cups are applied to a specific area, you will feel some tension.
Cupping is included with the massage as a benefit aide to the session.
